What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs,

blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and

format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

There comes a time in every student's life when they're ready to move on to bigger and better things. If you're thinking about making the leap from on-campus living to off-campus living, here are five reasons why you should do it.

1. Independence

When you live off-campus, you gain a greater sense of independence. Not only are you free to come and go as you please, but you also have more autonomy when it comes to decorating your living space and making decisions about where to eat and socialize. You'll also be able to have guests over whenever you want.

Whether you opt for a private apartment or a shared house with friends, the freedom to be your own boss is refreshing and empowering. In addition, living off-campus means that you have more flexibility when it comes to managing your time. You don't have to worry about strict curfews or restrictive meal plans, allowing you more control over your schedule. Whether you want to take an extra class or get involved in campus clubs and activities, being able to make those choices yourself will help nurture feelings of independence and self-reliance.

2. Space

Living off campus allows you to have a lot more space than you would if you were living in a dorm. You'll probably be able to get your own bedroom, and you'll definitely have your own bathroom. No more sharing a tiny room with someone else or waiting in line for the bathroom. Even if you need room to study or just some peace and quiet from your roommates, living off-campus can give you the privacy and flexibility that you need.

3. Privacy

Privacy is another perk of living off campus. When you live in a dorm, your entire living space is shared with others, and you can never truly escape the constant hum of activity and noise. However, when you live off-campus, you have your own separate space that is all yours. Whether you're relaxing on your patio, working in your home office, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book, you can rest assured that no one will be coming in to disturb you or ask for your help. This sense of privacy helps to make off-campus living far more desirable than living in a dorm room.

4. Gives Freedom and Sense of Responsibility

Having a fully furnished apartment or house allows you the freedom to customize and decorate as you see fit. Additionally, the large space gives you plenty of room to entertain or just relax after a long day of classes. Moving off-campus is a great way to develop a sense of responsibility, as you now have sole control over all aspects of your living situation. From paying rent on time to getting your utilities set up and maintaining proper renters insurance coverage, there are so many different things that go into managing an off-campus property. It's undoubtedly a worthwhile investment that can bolster your educational and personal growth.

Living independently can provide a confidence boost and help you to better develop valuable life skills that will be useful far beyond your college years. Whether or not you opt to live on or off campus is a personal decision, but by thinking carefully about your options and weighing the pros and cons of each, you are sure to make the right choice for your unique circumstances.
